  1. You have 14 days from date of your purchase to send us any returns that you may have.
  2. The returns must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. All returns must be sent complete with the Return Form to enable us to process your return efficiently.
  4. We cannot accept pierced goods e.g earrings as unsuitable returns for hygiene reasons.
  5. We recommend you use a track-able postage service to make any returns.
  6. Returns can take up to 14 days to be processed.
  7. We reserve the right to refuse any return if it does not comply with Terms & Conditions

My item is unsuitable
If you want to return the item(s) you have ordered that are not suitable, please send them back within time frame for returns in a re-sellable condition, ie. in the original packaging, unworn and complete with any original labels. We will then issue you a credit or exchange. Return postage will be at your own expense. 

My item is faulty
If you come across faulty goods, send them back within time frame for returns with a copy of the return form, we will then issue you a refund/credit or exchange. Return postage will be at your own expense.

My item is both faulty & unsuitable
If you have both faulty and unsuitable items in your order that you wish to return, send them back within time frame for returns, we will then issue you a refund or exchange for faulty goods and a credit for an exchange of unsuitable goods. Return postage will be at your own expense.

Liability
Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our premises. We recommend using a trackable postage service. We will not accept liability for lost parcels. Please also ensure you package your returns securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
